Marsha Kublall is a Retail professional with over 15 years of experience across strategy, operations and finance. A proud double alumna of New York University, she earned her MBA at Stern and a BA from the College of Arts & Science. Marsha began her career as an Assistant Buyer at Limited Brands, where she developed her knowledge of line development, vertical production and inventory management. Reporting directly to the Chief Merchandising Officer of the New York & Company (NY & Co.) brand, Marsha assisted senior NY & Co. leadership in the day-to-day management of a $1BN specialty retail business. After NY & Co. Marsha joined global management consulting firm Kurt Salmon Associates, where she advised leading retailers and wholesalers on ways to drive efficiency and increase profits via improvements to their product development, merchandising, planning and allocation processes and organizations. After gaining her MBA, Marsha joined the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan, where she gained experience in M&A, as well as equity and debt financing. Eager to return to industry, she joined J.Crew as the Director of Corporate Processes and Strategy where she managed all external financial reporting, while utilizing her strategic, financial and operating experience to help further the brand’s performance. She is currently the Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning & Investor Relations at Cole Haan, where she reports to the CEO and is a member of the executive management team. In this role she oversees all enterprise level planning to drive growth across the global marketplace and manages all communication to Cole Haan’s majority shareholder, Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
